Cooking time:

  • 40 minutes for Frijoles Refritos
  • 40 minutes for Fish Tacos
  • 15 minutes for Guacamole


  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 cans of black beans
  • 500 g of Cod filet
  • 1 glass of Vera Mexicana Mole Negro paste
  • 3 Organic Ancho chilis
  • Organic Guajillo chili powder


  • Vera Mexicana Mango Salsa
  • 3 limes
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 4 avocados
  • Vegetable oil
  • Wheat flour
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Chicken stock
  • Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

You'll be serving chicken tacos with mole, fish tacos, ​Tostada with Frijoles Refrito​ and a delicious guacamole.
