Description

Enjoy these tacos with the amazing sweet and spicy combination that is singular to Mole! This dish is perfect for a nice and small dinner or to share with your friends!

Steps

  1. Fill a pot with water and boil.
  2. Once it's boiling, place the chicken inside with salt, pepper, and the whole Ancho chili and cook until it's very tender about 45 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the water, but leave the water on the boiler. Reduce this water to a stock to use with beans.
  4. Shred the chicken with a fork and dispose of the bones.
  5. Prepare the Mole Negro as described on the bottle.
  6. Add the shredded chicken to the Mole and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  7. Serve on warm tortillas.
  8. Provecho!
