Cuish Mezcal - Tobasiche
This mezcal is made on the semi-cultivated agave tobasiche. Tobasiche (also spelled tobaziche) is a part of the karwinskii family (e.g. madre-cuishe, barril, cuishe) of agaves. The tobasiche variety has a mineral flavor with a slight smoky aftertaste.
We recommend drinking this mezcal on the rocks. Serving mezcal at room temperature is the best way to experience its flavors and aromas. If you would like to mix this mezcal, try making a delicious margarita.
